We want you to love your keepsake — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You can request a refund or return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
– Your item arrives damaged or with a printing error
– You’ve changed your mind

To start a return, email us at themementobookco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If your item is damaged, we may ask for a photo to help us make things right.

We’ll confirm your return and share instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

As all of our books are made to order and personalised, we can’t offer refunds for minor errors made during customisation unless they were caused by us. Please double-check all names, dates, and messages before placing your order.
